We are prepared to offer you an annual salary of ¥7,000,000 before taxes.
You will receive dependent, housing, and commuting allowances.
Our salaried workers do not receive any overtime pay, but you will be able to adjust your hours through our flextime program. The law requires that you participate in several social security plans, so deductions for medical insurance, pension and unemployment insurance, as well as local tax will be made from the base salary.
